Reviews
We particularly went to this park because of the advertised wheelchair access. On arriving we found the only access was to a toilet in an adjoining service station and certainly not the caravan park. This is very misleading and we were very disappointed - the existing facilities, while clean, certainly were inadequate and our daughter was not able to use them. Having a handicapped toilet in a service station that is closed overnight is not handicapped facilities and should not be advertised as such. Park was basic and priced accordingly. Communications were poor - contact through TURU not answered. A phone call was made to book a site as well as advise we required the disabled facilities. We were told that if it was advertised it would have the facilities on site - assume we were talking to someone who had no idea. Won't be back.
