Balmoral Farmstay

Set on a small grazing property, Balmoral Cottage is a recently renovated Farm Stay located at "Balmoral" 333 Grafton Rd, Armidale. A selection of breakfast food items are included in the nightly rate of $120, which guests are free to prepare themselves.
Balmoral Cottage is located short drive away from local National Parks featuring major waterfalls, walking tracks and abundant wildlife.
It is also only a few minutes away from the city of Armidale with its many attractions including its cathedrals, city parks, quality dining opportunities, historic buildings and the University of New England.
Your hosts are Sally and Danny Spillane who have owned the "Balmoral" property since 2002.
