Cruickshanks Armidale Bed and Breakfast

                                                            The Magnolia Room has a queen sized bed and wonderful views to east. As well as a feather doona, electric blanket and more blankets as required there is ducted reverse cycled air conditioning for you absolute comfort. Your bathroom is across the corridor and cosy bath robes are supplied for all guests. There is  free WiFi internet and access to laundry and ironing facilities.   The Lily Room (twin singles) is  across the corridor which makes it perfect for a family. The guests' living room with television is just down the corridor.
                                                        

                                                            The Lily Room offers twin single beds, adjoining bathroom, suitable for children or two adults, room is opposite the Magnolia Room (queen) which makes it very suitable for a family.   The beds both have electric blankets, feather doonas and  extra blankets as required plus reverse cycled air-conditioning for added  comfort. There is access to free WiFi internet, laundry and ironing facilities available.   There are warm bath robes for all guests, and a guest sitting room with television.
                                                        

                                                            The Rose Room offers a queen size bed and wonderful views towards the east, electric blanket and spare blankets and pillows, plus reverse cycled ducted air-conditioned comfort. The bathroom is next door, as are tea and coffee making facilities. There is a desk in this room for your convenience and free WiFi internet access. Laundry and ironing facilities available. Also for your use there is a large guests' sitting room area with television. Cosy bath robes are provided for all guests.
