                                                        These rooms feature a Queen Bed with a 2 seater lounge. They are our older style ground floor rooms that have some stair access. Each room has its own ensuite and desk or bench for those that need a work area. Facilities include microwave ovens, bar fridge, digital TV, Foxtel and free WIFI. These rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people.
                                                    

                                                        The Twin Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable with opening windows. They feature a queen bed and and a single bed - sleeps three people. All rooms have fast WiFi (Armidale is connected to the NBN) and Foxtel.   Each room has a microwave, bar refrigerator, electric jug, toaster, bench or table and en suite (no baths). Cooking is not permitted in the rooms but the microwave is available for heating. All the beds have electric blankets and the room has reverse cycle air-conditioning. Cots and trundle beds are available and fit conveniently in the rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside provided windows and doors are closed. No pets.
