It is located on the Macintyre River within easy walking distance to clubs, restaurants and sporting facilities. The Inverell Caravan Park offers powered sites, un-powered sites and en-suite cabins. Facilities include a modern amenities block, a swimming pool and laundry facilities. A bitumen walking/bike track is located behind the park beside the Macintyre River and runs between Lake Inverell Reserve and the Inverell central business district. For those who are travelling with dogs, there is a designated off-leach park adjacent to the Caravan Park.
