Billabong Blue is a Sapphire Fossicking Park on private property located 22 kilometres from Inverell, open Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting. Enjoy a day out fossicking for an Inverell Sapphire. Creek fossicking for a fee is available when the park is closed, if you have your own equipment. Bush camping for a fee is also available. Please note that Billabong Blue Fossicking Park can be closed due to unforeseen circumstances, please call ahead to ensure the park is open on the day you intend to visit. .
